Customized x-ray systems

X-RIS develops systems with robotics, electomechanics in order to reduce inspection time. See some examples of our user-friendly NDT and Security inspection systems

Dxbox-150-R2

Dxbox-150-R2

Complex and thin parts need to be inspected, they require a fine resolution and a good contrast. A micro-focus tube is used in order to reach a minimum of 2x magnification. 14 welds are shot 3 times at 120° in a fully automated process !

Dxbox-150-R4

The robot carries a C-arm equipped with a generator and a detector. The detector is attached to a mobile trolley allowing the distance between the source and the detector to be modified. A support table that adapts to the dimensions of the part to be analysed. The system enables the analysis of welds on titanium stators.

Dxbox-3000-1

Dxbox-3000-1

Retrofit of a 3 MeV linear accelerator, to inspect large and thick parts with our Dereo HE, a rotative support and two high columns to move up and down flat panel and IQI.

Dxbox-3000-1

Dxbox-160-G14

Cabinet of 5m x 3m x 3m, composed of 14 axes, with external loading and control stations. The parts to be inspected are made of titanium alloys with monolithic structures or composed of an acoustic sandwich panel. The areas to be radiographed are the assemblies by TIG welding, brazing or soldering of these different parts.

Dxbox-160-G4

Complete X-Y-Z-R system on both generator and detector side, can be used to analyse with precision a lot of different parts from composite to honey comb structures on small and big parts.

Composite research project

Computed Tomography system for composite plates. The main challenge is that the defects in those composite materials are very thin, so CT is mandatory to determine their exact location in depth.

Mobile containeur

Mobile containeur for WWI obus inspection

Mobile Container, equipped with a control room, a radiation protected cabin and a technical room. The cabin is equipped with a manipulator capable of picking up WWI shells from a construction site, placing them on a rotating support before X-ray analysis to determine whether the shell is chemical or not.
