Advanced NDT system for blade inspection
Manual drawer
Equipped with a drawer on rails for easy handling of trays containing various parts. This tray enhances workflow efficiency and reduces operator effort during loading and unloading operations.
Dual door system
The unit has two doors. The front door is designed for loading parts, while the left side door provides convenient access for maintenance.
Tools rack
The robot operates 15 tools and moves parts using a pneumatic gripper with a ball-and-pin locking system. Unlimited tools can be interfaced.
Automatic interpolation
Easy teaching of part pickup and placement on the tray.
